Next we were off to China Town and Little Italy.      We also stopped and peaked into Tinsel Trading Company. It has some really neat vintage and new ribbon and other various decorations.   This morning after the cathedral we walked to Rockefeller center and happened upon a Lego store. Logan browsed around for a bit. We also peeked in on the NBC studio where the Today Show is filmed.        I got a lot closer to this one than the real deal. Plus it was just as cool. Well since we didn't get to go to church today we stopped by mass. Naturally. We got to see St. Patrick's Cathedral and they were having some kind of special mass or something. The building was really cool.   This post covers PinkBerry and the rest of Friday. We enjoyed an early supper at a Thai restaurant right near the hotel, then headed out to PinkBerry because some group members (including me!!) have an unquenchable sweet tooth.  Candy store.... and PinkBerry!!     Right after I started my last post I had a little issue with my photo uploading. So here's some more!  The apple store from afar and the Plaza hotel.  The Apple Store.  The Eloise flag at the Plaza and and Trump Tower.  Cupcakes! We finally arrived in NYC around noon yesterday after two long days of driving. My mom and I headed straight to the show to get her booth set up and my dad and Logan took all our stuff to the hotel. After a few hours of setting up, my grandparents and dad and Logan came back to pick us up. We visited the big fancy Apple Store, walked by Central Park, ate Thai food, and got ice cream.  |
